Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) is a prebiotic fibre that supports general digestive wellbeing.

Directions for use

Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of PHGG with 200 to 400mg of magnesium and a dash of vitamin C in a large glass of water. Drink after dinner. If you are sensitive or have long-standing IBS, start with a quarter teaspoon and slowly increase each week until you can manage 1 to 2 tablespoons.
