VitalityRx is an Australian telehealth service. You book a video consultation with a qualified Australian clinician to talk through your goals across six areas: Weight Management, Recovery Support, Sexual Health, Cognitive Health, Healthy Ageing and Muscle Health.

Yes. Every consultation is a live video conversation with a qualified Australian clinician. You and your clinician talk through your history and goals together during the appointment.

Your clinician reviews the information you have shared, discusses your goals and history, and talks through the options that may suit you. Depending on your circumstances that might mean lifestyle advice, further investigation, a referral, ongoing monitoring, or, if clinically appropriate, treatment.

No referral is needed to book a consultation. We are designed to work alongside the care you already have, not to replace your regular GP. With your consent, your clinician can share relevant information with your GP.

Our consultations are for adults located in Australia. During your appointment your clinician will discuss whether telehealth is suitable for your situation.

Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your clinician may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances.

Not necessarily. A prescription is only one possible outcome of a consultation, and only where your clinician deems it clinically appropriate. Many consultations result in advice, lifestyle guidance, further investigation, a referral, or monitoring instead.
