A consultation, end to end , what every booking includes

The consultation, step by step
  1. 01 Share your goals

Tell us why you want to talk to a clinician

A short intake captures your goals, health history and current medications so the clinician can prepare for your consultation. The intake is not a diagnosis. It does not guarantee any treatment.

  2. 02 Book a consultation

Choose a time that suits you

Book a video consultation with a qualified Australian clinician. Every prescribing decision happens live, during the consultation itself.

  3. 03 Talk to your clinician

    Meet your clinician on-screen

Your clinician reviews your intake, asks follow-up questions and discusses what may suit you. Possible outcomes include advice, a referral, further investigation, monitoring, no treatment, or a plan if deemed medically appropriate.

    Start your assessment
  4. 04 Agree on next steps

    Decide what comes next, together

If treatment is appropriate, your clinician talks through the options with you. If pathology is appropriate, you choose the NATA-accredited collection centre. Your regular GP receives a summary with your consent. Follow-up consultations are booked at the same fee.

How a VitalityRx consultation actually runs.

Three principles every consultation runs on, from intake to follow-up.

Live consultations, always

Every prescribing decision happens in a live video consultation with a qualified Australian clinician. Algorithms suggest, clinicians decide.

Patient choice preserved

You choose your NATA-accredited pathology provider. Your regular GP is kept in the loop with your consent, so your care stays coordinated.

Telehealth, where appropriate

Telehealth is not suitable for everything. Your clinician will recommend in-person assessment, GP review, specialist referral or no treatment when that's the right call.
