You complete a short intake covering your goals, health history, current medications and allergies. The intake helps your clinician prepare; it doesn't diagnose anything, and submitting it doesn't guarantee a consultation outcome or a prescription.

Yes. Every prescribing decision at VitalityRx happens live, during the consultation with a qualified Australian clinician. The clinician reviews your information with you and decides then and there.

Your clinician may give advice, refer you to another health professional, recommend further investigation, set up monitoring, or, if deemed medically appropriate, agree on a plan. No treatment at all is also a valid outcome.

No. If pathology is ordered, you can use the NATA-accredited collection centre of your choice. Your care stays in your hands at every step.

Where you give consent, we share a summary of your consultation with your regular GP so your care stays coordinated. You can opt out of GP coordination during the intake.

No. Telehealth is not suitable for all concerns. Depending on your circumstances, your clinician may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation, or no treatment. Where telehealth is not appropriate, your clinician will help you find the right next step.

A standard consultation is scheduled for around 20 minutes, long enough for a focused discussion with your clinician. Complex cases may run longer at no extra cost.

Follow-up consultations are booked at the same standard fee. Your clinician will let you know during the consultation whether and when a follow-up is appropriate, and what you should bring or report on.
