A standard consultation with a qualified Australian clinician is $199. This covers the clinician's time during a video consultation and the coordination of your care notes. Any medicines, if deemed medically appropriate, are prescribed and billed separately.

No. Blood work is billed separately and only ordered where your clinician deems it clinically indicated. Standard pathology panels start from $149 and are collected at the NATA-accredited provider of your choice. Medicare or private health rebates may apply, subject to your eligibility.

Yes. Where you give consent, we coordinate with your regular GP and share relevant notes from your consultation. This keeps your wider care joined up. Your clinician can also flag when in-person care is the better option for you.

No. A prescription is only one possible outcome of a consultation and is provided only where your clinician deems it medically appropriate. Other outcomes include advice, a referral, monitoring, further investigation, or no treatment.

Yes. Follow-up consultations are booked at the same standard fee. Your clinician will let you know during your initial consultation whether and when a follow-up is appropriate.

No. Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Depending on your circumstances, your clinician may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, specialist referral, further investigation, or no treatment. Where telehealth is not appropriate, your clinician will help you find the right next step.
