Directions for use

Mix one round teaspoon (5g) into 200mL of water. Consume once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings & cautions

Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded for adults.
