It has been shown to support energy production, assist healthy bone development, help carbohydrate metabolism, maintain nervous system health and function, relieve muscle cramps, support healthy teeth and tooth development, and help maintain healthy heart function. Each capsule provides 850mg of Magnesium Glycinate (equivalent to 170mg elemental Magnesium).

Directions for use
